Refund Policy

At Atoserva, we stand behind the quality of our digital notebooks and smart office technology. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
  • Condition: Unused, unopened, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • Packaging: Factory-sealed in original packaging with all protective inserts, manuals, and cables.
  • Proof: Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed. Do not send returns back to the shipping address on your package; our team will provide the designated return instructions via email.

Technical Defects & Damages

We take transit damages and hardware defects seriously. Please inspect your smart notebook immediately upon delivery. If your device is defective, functionally impaired, or damaged during shipping, contact us right away at info@atoserva.store.
To expedite your request, please include your order number and a brief video or photo showing the issue. We will instantly evaluate the claim and arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain global quality control and product security, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Devices with broken security seals or obvious signs of setup/handling.
  • Products damaged due to improper charging or user error.
  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.
Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return your current item. Once your return is received and approved, you can independently purchase the alternative model on our store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, customers have a legal right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days for any reason. The product must remain strictly in its original, unopened packaging with all technical documentation and seals fully intact.

Refunds & Crypto Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will email you the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments (via Cryptomus): Refunds for orders completed using digital assets are calculated and issued based on the exact USD fiat value of the product at the time of purchase. To protect operational sustainability, any network transaction (gas) fees required to send the crypto refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.
