All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on local weekends or statutory holidays.

During high-volume seasonal periods, order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen supply chain events, we will contact you directly via your registered email address.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To maintain our premium brand standard and guarantee a seamless checkout experience, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire digital notebook catalog to our core markets in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a automated Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our facility. This email will contain your dedicated carrier tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active and scannable within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

4. International Logistics & Customs

Atoserva operates as a streamlined global entity, shipping directly from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with competitive pricing and the most direct route for premium technology.

Atoserva is not responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or localized taxes applied to your order upon entry into your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Transit Protection & Claims

We take package security seriously. If your digital notebook arrives damaged, non-functional, or is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, our support network will prioritize resolving the issue.

Please contact our dedicated support team immediately at info@atoserva.store. To expedite a replacement or refund under our protection system, please maintain all original packaging materials, take clear photos or a short video of the transit damage, and include them in your email inquiry.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the absolute responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate. Because we utilize automated software to speed up processing and shipping times, there is a very small time window to correct an address mistake.

Please contact us immediately at info@atoserva.store if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Once a package has been handed over to the international shipping carrier, we cannot alter the address or redirect the delivery.
